Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 August 2026

This page is maintained by [App Owner] to answer common privacy questions about Meet & Greet Pro. It describes what information the app uses and how it is kept private. It is not an independent certification or legal audit.

Privacy-first by design

Meet & Greet Pro is built around a simple idea: your passenger signs belong to you and stay on your device. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not upload your signs to the cloud, and we do not track your location or behaviour.

What is stored locally

  • The passenger names, company name, flight number and message you enter.
  • Any logo image you upload for a sign.
  • Your chosen theme, line styles and optional display animations.
  • Your app settings (keep awake, high contrast, auto full-screen).

All of this is kept in your browser's local storage only. It never leaves your device unless you choose to share a sign through your device's own share sheet.

No analytics or tracking

The app does not use cookies, analytics pixels, advertising identifiers or third-party trackers. When you are offline, the app continues to work because every screen, font and saved sign is already stored on your device.

Retention and deletion

The app remembers your last 10 saved signs. When you save an 11th sign, the oldest one is automatically removed. You can delete any individual sign from the Recent Signs list, or wipe everything — including logos, drafts and settings — by tapping Clear All Data in Settings.

Security

Because nothing is sent to our servers, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We recommend keeping your device locked with a passcode, PIN or biometric protection.

Children’s privacy

Meet & Greet Pro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. The latest version will always be available here, along with the last-updated date at the top of the page.
